Apart from Cricket, Gavin works freelance as an Auditor and Translator. In the Interview, Gavin throws light on the potential that Japan Cricket holds in T20 Format and also the challenges that are holding back Cricket in Japan.
Time and Money has always been a major challenge for Players, because it requires a lot of travelling in-order to reach to a Cricket ground in Japan. Other than that, inadequate support from governments plays a major hurdle. But amidst all the challenges, Gavin feels that Japan Cricket has the potential and with proper attention and monetary support, the game can spread easily and quickly.
